OPA residents vow to work with developer on Ridgeline/Sully
Miller plan

At the request of the Orange Park Acres Real Estate
Committee, the City of Orange has hired a land use
consulting firm to assist with the creation of an
equitable development plan for the Ridgeline and
Sully Miller Properties.
Under the agreement, Hogle-Ireland will work with
the developer, John Martin (JMI) and the OPA Board
to facilitate a building plan that benefits the community,
the developer and the city. The firm’s fees
are being paid by JMI and the Orange Park Acres Association
Board. more |
